​​Payment Policy


  • All payments are due on or prior to the first scheduled lesson of each month/session.


  • Payments are to be paid in full for lessons scheduled for each calendar month.


  • No weekly or per lesson payments allowed.


  • No refunds will be given for missed or rescheduled lessons.


  • All owed lessons will be credited to you towards future payments.


  • If you fail to pay for your lessons exceeding one month you will forfeit your time slot.


  • Special financial exceptions can be made by request and approval.

​​Cancellation Policy


  • In the event that you cannot be at your scheduled lesson you must call us a.s.a.p. to notify us of your cancellation.


  • If you do not show up to your lesson and we do not receive a call from you, you will financially be responsible for that lesson. No exceptions.

  • All scheduled lessons require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations to guarantee a make-up lesson or credit.


  • If your child becomes ill or there is an emergency and you need to cancel on the day of the lesson a make-up lesson will be scheduled based on our availability.


  • A maximum of 2 cancellations are allowed during each month/session. Additional cancellations will be charged $10 to ensure the instructors time and pay.


  • If you will be missing more than two lessons in a row, and would like to hold your spot during your absence you must call in advance and pay a $10 fee per lesson to hold your spot. (max. 4 weeks)
